    In most instances HCIS will have one contact person at the facility with weekly telephone support. In addition to medical supplies, other categories can be ordered directly through HCIS customer service. One phone call to; get advice or suggestions on the best possible value, follow up on a problem or concern, get a bid on a special item/capitol equipment. The HCIS customer service rep is your partner in purchasing.
