Welcome,If this is your first time logging in with us, and an employee or lead at your home has setup an account for you, please follow the email sent out to initialize your credentials. If the link in the email has expired please contact either your home's lead or HCIS/MBS to send you a new one.
If you have an existing account with us, you can link and log into your account with your Point Click Care credentials. To enable this you must have first selected Medi-Bill Systems on the Point Click Care marketplace.
Once your home at Medi-Bill Systems is linked back to your Point Click Care organization you can attempt to login with your Point Click Care credentials. If you are still having issues, check to see that your email address on your Point Click Care account matches the MBS account's email address.
If correcting your email address does not correct the issue, then you can manually link your Point Click Care account to your MBS account, by logging into MBS and navigating to your profile management page from the navigation bar or by clicking this link.
If you have not already, please get in contact with MBS to get your home setup on our system. Before you will be able to login with Point Click Care you will need to login with your MBS credentials first to initialize your account.
